**NEWS RELEASE**
Finelli Consulting Engineers, Inc. (FCE), one of Warren County, New Jersey's leading engineering firms, announced that it recently acquired Environmental Design and Engineering (EDE), presently located in West Easton, Pennsylvania.

As a result of this acquisition, FCE has merged their operations with EDE's Pennsylvania location, making this their second regional office. EDE consisted of five (5) employees and owner Donald C. Frederickson. Mr. Frederickson has joined the firm as Branch Manager. He will manage the Pennsylvania office and oversee all engineering services for this location.

Based in Washington, New Jersey, FCE serves both the private and public sector. The firm provides a wide range of services for municipal engineering, site engineering, surveying and construction services.
